«Ricardo Monreal busca fortalecer la seguridad y apoyar a los campesinos en Zacatecas»
Ricardo Monreal, one of the aspirants to coordinate the Defense Committees of the Fourth Transformation towards 2024, announced through his social media that he returned to his hometown, Fresnillo, in the state of Zacatecas, as part of his sixth day of travels around the country.
The informative assembly took place at the Echeverría Theater at 10:00 a.m., where hundreds of people gathered, including his schoolmates, and even his primary, secondary, and high school teachers, as well as families who have supported him since 1997.
Upon arriving at the meeting point, Monreal stated that it is a city with a lot of energy, and he likes to visit it because they transmit affection, friendship, and goodwill to him, especially in this moment where he is going for big things.
He added that he cannot repay all the support that has been shown to him in recent times, and much less to all those who have followed him since his nomination for the governorship of the State of Zacatecas, and that he only has «consistency, loyalty,» and his quest to put Fresnillo at the top not only of the country but of the world for them.
«I was born here, I grew up here, here are my dead and my true friends; here are the people who have always supported and supported us for many years,» said the coordinator aspirant.
He also thanked his primary, secondary, and high school teachers present at the informative assembly, as he assured that they gave him the formation and the people supported him to reach his aspiration of occupying a top-level position in the country’s politics. He is indebted to his land, he considered.
For this reason, he said he is absolutely prepared to face the internal process of the National Regeneration Movement, as he has been preparing for this moment since he started his political life, and currently has a clear vision of what the country needs.
Among those things, he considered, is his commitment to recover the country’s security, just as he did when he was governor of the state of Zacatecas, and added that people deserve to live in peace and tranquility.
He also announced that his biggest commitment is to Mexican farmers, whom he intends to help with more support, resources, backing, and subsidy.
«Do you remember when I was governor of the state, it was peace and tranquility, it was development and justice, it was attention to the most needy. Well, that’s how it will be in the country, in the Mexican Republic once we manage to win this political position that now finds us in this informative assembly,» he said.
